When you’re moving away from a group of your closest friends, sometimes you have to go beyond a shared locket and a pinkie promise to always keep in touch.

Brianna Ballew is leaving Knoxville to pursue her career and wanted to capture moments with her closest friends (really, they’re family), capture classic Knoxville to take with her, and capture some great head-shots.

I laughed along with her and the girls as I watched such sweet friends interact. Having known each other since middle school, these girls have been there for each other in the good times and the bad. It was truly touching to hear them laugh at great memories, pray for things to come and cry over one of their dearest friends moving away.

My hope is that these photos remind them of more than just the fun we had shooting, but of all the fun they have as friends and will continue to have over their lifetime.
